Project Brief: Social Media Management & Content Production

Overview

This project focused on building and managing a consistent and engaging social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The goal was to strengthen brand visibility, improve audience engagement, and create a scalable content system.

Challenge

The main challenge was the lack of consistency, clear narrative, and structured content across platforms, resulting in low engagement and limited growth potential.

Objective

To fully own and execute an end-to-end social media strategy that would:

  • Establish a consistent content flow

  • Develop a strong and recognizable brand voice

My Role & Responsibilities

As the sole owner of social media, I managed the entire content pipeline end to end:

  • Content planning and storytelling

  • Filming and video production

  • Editing and post-production

  • Publishing and platform optimization

  • Performance tracking and analysis
