My primary role on this project was to act as the sole social media producer, responsible for the full-cycle creation and execution of content for Svensk Musikvår 2026, a month-long music event in Stockholm. I managed photography, video production, daily Instagram Stories and Reels, as well as the planning and execution of a small-budget paid advertising campaign, with the strategic objective of increasing event visibility and engagement throughout the festival period.

The main challenge was to maintain a consistent and high-quality content output throughout a fast-paced, daily live event environment while working with limited budget and resources.

Key constraints included:

  • No established real-time content system prior to the event

To execute a full-cycle social media production strategy that would:

  • Capture and amplify the festival experience in real time

My Role & Responsibilities

As the sole social media producer, I managed the entire content workflow end to end:

  • Photography and video capture during live events

  • Editing and post-production of Reels and visual content

  • Daily creation and publishing of Instagram Stories and Reels
