Overview
Sole social media producer for Svensk Musikvår 2026, a month-long contemporary music event based in Stockholm. The project focused on building a consistent and engaging digital presence throughout the festival, documenting performances, and increasing visibility across platforms.
Challenge: Digital Content Execution
The main challenge was to maintain a consistent and high-quality content output throughout a fast-paced, daily live event environment while working with limited budget and resources.
Key constraints included:
No established real-time content system prior to the event
High volume of daily performances requiring rapid turnaround
Need to balance documentation, storytelling, and promotional content
Limited paid media budget

To execute a full-cycle social media production strategy that would:
Capture and amplify the festival experience in real time
Increase digital visibility and audience engagement
Build consistent storytelling across the full month
Drive awareness through both organic and paid content
My Role & Responsibilities
As the sole social media producer, I managed the entire content workflow end to end:
Photography and video capture during live events
Editing and post-production of Reels and visual content
Daily creation and publishing of Instagram Stories and Reels
Content planning aligned with event schedule
Paid ad campaign setup and optimization
Performance tracking and reporting

Daily coverage of performances through Stories
High-frequency Reels focusing on atmosphere, emotion, and highlights
Fast turnaround editing to maintain relevance
