This project focused on rebranding NoorD Consulting, a DEI consultancy seeking a bold and innovative identity. The work included brand positioning and communication strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram, supported by a redesigned website and a complete brand book. The goal was to create a brand that reflects inclusivity and authenticity while standing out as daring and forward-thinking. The rebranding concept combines clear messaging, a fresh visual identity, and a strategic digital presence to amplify the company’s voice in the DEI space. This is part of the Branding course at Hyper Island.

Project Brief

Overview: NoorD Consulting is a strategic DEI consultancy working with companies to foster inclusive and equitable workplaces.

Challenge: The founder wanted to shift the brand from a personal identity to a bold, distinctive presence that reflects innovation and leadership in the DEI space.

Objective: Redesign the brand and digital presence to create a daring, cohesive, and professional identity across all touchpoints, including social media and web.

Tools: Figma, Illustrator, Jitter.video, Canva, Miro, Slack

Things I Did

As part of the project team, I focused on branding, including the creation of the Brand Book, development of the communication strategy, and design of social media templates for Instagram and LinkedIn. Using Miro and Slack for collaboration and project management, I helped shape a bold and cohesive brand identity, defining color palette, typography, and visual elements. The project delivered a comprehensive Brand Book, Social Media Strategy Book, template sets, and a website prototype with sitemap, all on schedule.
